ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
Our training area is located in Welschnofen/Nova Levante, right on the Carezza Trail.
Here, we spend the morning setting up the bikes and the entire base element. The intensive training really does deal with everything associated with mountain bikes.
Later, the gondola lift brings us up to the meadow pastures for our lunch break. We subsequently make our way to the technical park for the 2nd part of the training session. Thereafter, we attempt to put what we have learned into practice on the trail.
