ROUTE DESCRIPTION:
No trails or other dangerous passages on this stretch and thus already ideal for kids as of 8 or 9 years old.
The gondola lift brings us conveniently to the Frommeralm from the village centre. We take the Nigerjochstrasse to the Karerpass/Passo di Costalunga where we take our fi rst break.
The view stretches from Rosengarten-Latemar, via the Lagorei Group, to the Marmolada. The Forststrasse branches off right into the Fassatal/Val de Fascia right behind the last hotel of the pass. After some kilometres in the forest and in only a downward direction we now end up in Moena.
Here too, a short panoramic view in one of the most beautiful Dolomite valleys is well worth your while. The bike to Predazzo with its ski jumps begins in the Moena sport zone. The journey continues with the gondola and chair lift to Passo Feudo. When you stop for lunch, I would defi nitely recommend the alm there. We are at an altitude of 20,150 m and now ride over the Eggental/Val d‘Ega alpine meadows up to Obereggen. Once we arrive there, our journey passes below the Geroldquelle to the Bewallerhof on the Tempelweg. We leave the no. 8 in the direction of Karersee/Lago di Carezza at the junction to the saw mill. After the latter, please carefully follow the short descent on the Hauptstraße back to the starting point.
